How do I add family members?
After creating your account, go to the Family page and add members by name and phone number. You may also share a private invite link so family members can join and explicitly opt in themselves.

How does consent work?
All recipients must explicitly opt in before receiving messages. Consent is provided when a person joins a family group via an invite link (or otherwise confirms participation through the service). We do not support purchased lists, scraped numbers, or unsolicited messaging.

When will reminder messages be sent?
Message timing is configurable in your account settings. By default, reminders are sent one day before a birthday or selected holiday. Message frequency varies based on your settings.

How do I stop receiving messages?
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you should no longer receive messages from this service (you may receive a one-time confirmation). You can also disable reminders in your account settings or remove your phone number from the family group.

How do I get help by text?
Reply HELP to any reminder message to receive support information (such as how to contact us and how to opt out).

Can I invite family members to join?
Yes. Each family group includes a private invite link that you can share with people you know. Invitees must review the service information and opt in before receiving messages.

What kind of messages does this service send?
This service sends non-marketing reminder notifications (for example, birthdays and holidays) that you configure. We do not send advertisements or promotional marketing content.

Is there a cost?
The service is currently free to use. Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
