Why can’t I create an account?
Account holder creation is invite-only. Mad Mike’s, Inc is intended for private, personal, and family use and is not open to public signups. To create an account, you must have a private invitation issued by an existing account holder.

How do I request an invite?
If you believe you should have access, please email [email protected] and include the email address you want the invite sent to.

Do you accept unsolicited signups or outreach?
No. We do not accept open registrations, purchased lists, scraped contact details, or any attempt to create accounts for unsolicited messaging.

How do I add family members?
After creating your website account, go to the Family page and add family members by name, phone number, and birth year. Each family member receives a secure, single-use invitation link (valid for 7 days) and is shared privately with a family member you personally know (for example, by email or in person). The invitation link itself does not enroll the family recipient and no SMS reminders are sent at this stage.

How does family member consent work?
All family recipients must explicitly opt in before receiving SMS reminders. Consent is provided only when a family member confirms participation through a secure, single-use invitation link (valid for 7 days) and the link is shared privately with the family member you personally know (for example, by email or in person). We do not support purchased lists, scraped numbers, or unsolicited messaging.

Important note for children and minors
Children do not provide consent themselves. A parent or legal guardian must explicitly provide consent on behalf of a child before any messages related to that child are sent. Guardian consent may be revoked at any time.

When will reminder messages be sent?
By default, birthday and holiday SMS reminders are sent on the day of the birthday or holiday. Birthday SMS reminders are sent to everyone in the family member list except the person who is having the birthday. Holiday SMS reminders are sent to everyone in the family member list.

Default holiday reminders include:

  • New Year’s Day – 🎊 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🎊 Enjoy the first day of another year!
  • Valentine’s Day – 💘 Happy VALENTINE'S DAY! Tell somebody you love them today!
  • St. Patrick’s Day – 🍀 Don't forget to wear something GREEN today. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
  • Easter – 🐰 Spend today with some-bunny special... Happy Easter!
  • May the 4th – ✨ May the 4th be with you!
  • Mother’s Day – 🌷 Happy Mother's Day to all you moms!
  • Father’s Day – 🧔 Happy Father's Day to all you dads!
  • Independence Day (July 4) – 🇺🇸 Party like a Patriot! Happy 4th of July!
  • Halloween – 🎃 BOO!! Happy HALLOWEEN!
  • Thanksgiving – 🦃 Hey, save me a turkey leg you turkey... Happy Thanksgiving!
  • Christmas – 🎄 MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! 🎁
  • New Year’s Eve – 🥳 HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!!! Be sure to kiss someone at midnight!

All SMS reminders are non-marketing, informational reminders intended for private family use. SMS reminders are sent only to family recipients who have explicitly opted in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop receiving messages?
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this service (you may receive a one-time confirmation).

How do I get help by text?
Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive support information, including how to contact us and how to opt out.

What kind of messages does this service send?
This service sends non-marketing SMS reminder notifications such as birthdays and holidays. We do not send advertisements, promotional content, or marketing campaigns.

Is there a cost?
The service is currently free to use. Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
