You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or any form of unsolicited or deceptive messaging. Abuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery timing. Message delivery may be affected by carrier limitations or outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Mike’s, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
